Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays. We offer US Domestic shipping through US Postal Service and UPS Ground. Please note that we are still working on perfecting our website and our shopping cart. Some items may not calculate the correct shipping rates. If this is the case, you will be contacted before your order ships.
We also offer international shipping through the US Postal Service (US MAIL). Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, and/or taxes that would be due on the package when it arrives at your border. These fees are calculated by your country's customs deptartment and therefore cannot be estimated or calculated in advance. Some products such as liquid products may not be shipable to all countries. We will notify you if there are restrictions prohibiting us from shipping to your country.

We offer a standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Items that have NOT been installed or altered in any way may be returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the form that payment was submitted LESS SHIPPING CHARGES (we cannot refund shipping charges as this is a service that has already been provided). Please contact us BEFORE returning items to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a RA number marked on the box will be rejected. We strongly suggest that you insure packages when returning them. Products that are returned that are damaged will not be refunded.
